Inalco successfully finished its participation at Espacio Cocina SICI and Mercado Colón events in Valencia.
Inalco presented in Espacio Cocina SICI Tast.In, a culinary space in which chef Miguel Martí tested the Company´s collections by cooking directly on them. Using a blowtorch and liquid nitrogen, surfaces were exposed to thermal contrasts ranging from 220º of fire to -196º of liquid nitrogen, usual elements in haute cuisine that not every surface is capable of resisting.
In Mercado Colón, Win.In, was a design wine cellar in which to spend the evening and enjoy an excellent Iberian gastronomy catering, also by Chef Miguel Martí. This space was designed to highlight Vint Collection´s full potential, as it could be seen as table tops, floor and wall coverings and on the spectacular countertop that dominated the space.
Furthermore, in Espacio Cocina SICI the Company´s new Naia, Valar and Bloom collections were available.
Naia is a combination of different fossilized materials such as wood, stone or ivory. With a greater visual depth and a high-gloss polished finishing, Naia is a smart combination of nature and technology.
In Valar, marine sediments combined with other minerals turn into simply elegant pieces. in warm white tones.
Bloom, part of the ITOP range,reflects the sobriety and strenght of granite stone. The combination of white, gray and black tones on a bush-hammered surface provide a compact, simple and minimalist appearance.
